Our Services
We offer residential and commercial appraisals for financing and private purposes. Lending institutions or private entities require that appraisals be completed by a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
We offer two main categories of appraisal reports: Financing and Private. Financing appraisals are used for lending (mortgage) purposes, while private appraisals are for personal use — normally requested after life or investment events.
